He joined XLN as a Customer Experience Consultant in February 2012 and transitioned into his new role in June 2012. For the last 17 years, Saeed worked for American Express as a Regional Director in various customer facing B2C & B2B roles covering multi-site consumer financial services, call centres, card & travel-related services. His international experience spans Continental Europe, South East Asia & Australia. Saeed has a Graduate Certificate in Management from Birkbeck, University of London.
