After I had signed up for the xln phone service, I raised the question of a fault I had had on my line for over 9 months. My previous supplier had made no effort to see to it, despite repeated complaints. Xln arranged to have it looked into, on the same day that I raised it. Within 4 hours, an engineer was at my door, and the fault was fixed within another half an hour. You can't get better than that! Thank you!
The customer service with XLN has been really amazing. I get a letter the very next day a change or refund or credit has been made, I get a call back to make sure everything is ok! I wish every company was like this!

The first screen billing seemed minimal at first but once I learned how to access the detail I found it very user friendly and more importantly it enabled the user to make considered judgements on packages etc by virtue of the detailed information supplied and the way it was presented.

We recently had a fault on our line and I just wanted to tell you that we were really impressed with the way it was handled. Within minutes of us reporting the fault, calls to that line were being diverted to our other line. The BT engineer was with us within a short period of time and we were kept up to date on the fault and what was being done to fix it. BT worked on the line over the weekend and the fault was fixed by Monday morning.
In short - a job well done!

Following receipt of your letter of I contacted your technical support team and spoke to one of your representatives.
I can only say that he was one of the most polite, competent and patient people I have ever had the pleasure to encounter. He was most explicit in the manner in which he carefully talked me through the procedure required to get the desktop system up and running.
What a pleasure to be addressed as Mr. rather than “pal” or “matey” or by christian name terms as is often the case in the UK.
When all was in working order, I thanked him most sincerely – my only regret was that I did not get his name, but I am sure that it will be logged on your records.
Over the last five months I have built up a rapport with Riddhi which I find has worked very well for us and hopefully for you. I have dealt with her for many of my issues. I am really impressed with the way she dealt with my issues. She is always very polite and helpful and does her best to resolve any problems. I would like to let you know how extremely impressed I am with your new website. I logged on today to obtain copies of invoices and went straight into my account! Just thought that following the installation of the above Wednesday Aug 19 I should, in old fashioned terms, put pen to paper just to elaborate on the experience.
It would be wrong of me on this occasion not to thank your operative Chandan for what turned out to be a totally professional, calm, and most of all thorough time in trying to solve what turned out to be a complicated installation, caused it has to be said by an error initially on our part in the abortive installation process some days prior, an act that at the time I was not aware off.
So much these days is written about 'foreign call centres' and the like, this was my first real experience of what could be defined as that, and to be honest it is my belief that sadly a similar service would not have been experience within the UK.
No stone was missed in a successful attempt to get it right - I for one was impressed by the thoroughness

We have been using XLN land line service for years in high satisfaction.
I have just been speaking to Bradley in the Billing department about my 3 accounts. I spent half an hour with him. He was very good, professional and helpful. It has been a pleasure speaking to him. I would like to say thank you for all the help and advice he gave me.
I'd just like to say that I have been very happy with the service provided by XLN.
XLN offer the lowest price. But, most important of all they actually have a customer service team that you can talk to. The importance of this cannot be stressed.
I have to say that the response we have had from XLN has been nothing short of first class. In particular the broadband technical team have been extremely helpful in trying to resolve issues for us. Azeem, who I have dealt with on more than one occasion, has been superb. He spent an hour and a half this afternoon trying to sort me out and as much as I’m sure he wanted to, never once lost his cool or buckled under pressure. At the risk of sounding patronising, I am sure I would not receive this level of support from any other phone provider. I have been with XLN for nearly four years at both my home and business. I certainly have no intention of changing. I hope that you will pass on my thanks to all your team for a great service.
Can I express my very sincere admiration to the team in XLN's Broadband department for the excellent service they are providing. I already enjoy uninterrupted broadband connection at my Ealing place but the service XLN team provided in connecting Broadband at my Shepherds Bush place was really A class. I am writing to express my appreciation of Nimesh’s assistance today. I had called to cancel however he resolved my broadband issue within 10 minutes. It is because of my interaction with him that I decided to remain with XLN.
You have obviously had unexpected problems, and although we were disrupted for a few hours, the new login you texted me worked first time, and the final login worked also first time. I have really appreciated the constant communication, and value this attitude to customer service.
Customer service is most important when things go wrong, and it is the attitude you have to resolve them that make a difference.
So many people criticise when it goes wrong, I just thought you'd appreciate some positive feedback when you get it right!
To Hitesh, who has been really helpful all the way, every customer service agent should be like him and learn the skills.

I have never before written a letter like this on an entirely unsolicited basis. However, in this case I was so impressed by the support and service provide by Mr. Lightstone and his team I felt compelled to go on record with my praise. These people truly deserve it. In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared from our industry, the work that Nicholas and his team did should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate.
Just wanted to say that I was a bit hesitant to move my business account from BT to XLN, as I hadn't heard of you before - just like to say that I've had better customer service from XLN than I've ever had from any phone provider - plenty of calls and letters to make sure every things OK and give me the right info for joining up, solved my broadband issues straight away - was quite surprised when you were able to talk me through setting up my exact model of router without having to go and check something or call me back - this move has probably saved me around £1100 a year too.
Saving money is important but your customer service team is pretty excellent! - wish I'd known about you years ago - would have saved us a lot of hassle and money!

Earlier this morning I phoned XLN support for a problem I had with my computer, specifically with Internet Explorer, caused by a download from Orange to retrieve my old Emails from when they were my provider. I would like to complement XLN on their outstanding customer service in the setting up of my telephone line and broadband services. Telephone broadband engineer Khawoja contacted me repeatedly to assist me with activating my broadband connection. Further, customer services responded quickly to a request for a telephone line extension to facilitate my business needs. The Openreach reach engineer who visited my home today ensured my phone line, broadband and credit card swipe machine all operated efficiently.
I am just saying thank you for dealing with my recent phone line fault, & for taking the time to write apologising for the same. I was dealt with in a very professional manner & given several reference numbers in case the problem could not be solved, & so that British Telecom could trace the fault also. My telephone calls were returned & your operators were most helpful. Well done!!
Just a quick note about XLN’s Customer Service: It is fantastic - helpful, knowledgeable everything you want from somebody at the other end of the line when you've got a problem. I own my own business and I have had some of the worst experiences possible at the hands of telcos. XLN’s Customer Service is a breath of fresh air.
