The new ‘Interstitial Plate’ (or ‘I-Plate’), which costs just £12 and can be self installed, works by filtering out electrical interference caused by televisions, lighting and home wiring.

  • Two thirds of small businesses are yet to adopt wage rise

    Approximately one million workers were set to benefit from a rise in the National Minimum Wage on Tuesday; however a survey has suggested that many businesses are yet to take action. The hourly Minimum Wage has increased by 3.8 per cent, meaning those over 21 will be guaranteed at least £5.73 an hour, up 21p from £5.52...

  • UK ranks fourth for broadband

    Graph showing Broadband Ranking indexThe European Union have ranked the UK fourth in it’s latest Broadband Ranking Index, which factors speed, price, coverage and competition into the ratings. The UK achieved a high ranking for its competitive market and low prices, but fared less well for speeds and take-up of advanced services, such as online banking and e-commerce.
