Topcomm shows XLN ranks above the competition
XLN Telecom are delighted to have been ranked above both BT and TalkTalk by Topcomm, the independent regulators of telecoms quality of service.
Topcomm, the Ofcom approved co-regulatory group, measures the quality of service of all major telecoms providers, examining performance indicators such as delivering on-time orders, providing accurate billing and promptly handling and resolving complaints and faults.
In statistics illustrated on the Topcomm website, XLN are shown has ranking higher than both BT and TalkTalk in several key areas.
In a comparison of how well a company meets its commitment to provide customers with orders on time, XLN ranked highly at 96.95%, ahead of TalkTalk at 95.11%, and BT at 89.06%. The figures reflect XLN’s understanding of the central role that phone and broadband services play in the daily operations of small businesses.
In a measure of timely customer service, XLN came out on top again. The percentage of complaints dealt with within 28 calendar days was 95.92% for XLN, beating BT who scored 93.73%, and TalkTalk with 92.46%. XLN knows this is a key point of difference for small business owners, who won't have the time to spend on chasing their provider for service.
Finally, Topcomm proved XLN to provide more accurate billing than the two large providers, with 99.87% XLN bills being met with no complaints from customers. BT followed with 99.71%, ahead of TalkTalk with 98.59%.

Topcomm, the independent group made up of Communications Service Providers (CSPs), ensures that the information made available to consumers is objective, reliable and comparable. Their findings can be viewed on the Topcomm site, where providers can be compared side-by-side within each category.
